All platform content, branding, and technology are protected under applicable IP laws. Sellers must avoid infringing copyrights or trademarks in their listings.
The Platform is not responsible for losses arising from business operations, delivery failures, or product dissatisfaction. Users transact at their own risk. We recommend secure practices and communication within the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity. In such cases, all listings and pending transactions may be suspended.
